Our next event is an Autumn Fayre at the Welsh School (Ysgol Gyfun Gwyr) on October 18th. We're getting everything ready now - if anyone can help out serving behind a stall for a couple of hours, or has any books etc to donate, contact Gaynor on the Facebook group. And of course, don't forget to come along on the day! Kevin Johns from Swansea Sound will be opening the Fayre and there will be lots of interesting stalls, hot dogs, tea and stuff for the kids. Should be a pleasant Saturday afternoon out!

I am organising a Christmas Craft Market in St John's Church Hall, Gowerton in aid of the Pelican Crossing Appeal. The Market will be held on Saturday 8 November 2008 9.30 -12.30. There will be refreshments, a raffle and an entrance fee of 20p. All money to go to the Appeal.
